Wallace State Community College men’s golf pushed through the final round of play at the Alabama Community College Conference Region 22 championship to take second place in the tournament.
The Lions entered the day in sixth place when they hit the links at Limestone Springs Golf Course.

More than 80 athletes named to ACCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll
Wallace State Community College is proud to announce that more than 80 student athletes earned recognition by Alabama Community College Conference for academic excellence for the Spring 2023 semester by obtaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Student athletes who earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher are placed on the ACCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Wallace State golf sixth in the nation; men's tennis seventh in nation
Wallace State Community College’s men’s golf team finished sixth in the nation at the recent National Junior College Athletic Association’s Men’s National Championship for Division I. Held at Sand Creek Golf Course in Newton, Kansas, the team finished with 1,116 points over four rounds of play at 14 over par.
